Refund Information - 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee!
Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our
customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit
to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your
experience. All products carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee
beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless
otherwise noted.
In the event any issue is encountered, please contact us as soon as
possible. All issues will be addressed for resolution in a timely
manner most suitable to the situation.
All items (excluding software and videos) may be returned within 30
days for a full refund of the purchase price. Outbound shipping and
handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Software and video returns will be accepted for refund only if
the product is unopened. Non-defective software and videos that
have been opened will not be accepted for return. Defective
software & videos may be returned for exchange with only the
exact same
product.
All claims for damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise
delivered must be made within two business days of date of
delivery.
Returns must be shipped with tracking. Any return via USPS must use
"Delivery Confirmation".
Orders returned without defect which qualified for Free Shipping or
Expedited Shipping at a discount will be charged the regular
cost of the shipping method.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, including
original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be
in original carton with a copy of the invoice. Everything included
with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty
cards and manuals. Absolutely no returns will be accepted
after thirty days.
Product defects discovered beyond thirty days should be addressed
with the manufacturer. See each manufacturer's information for warranty

- For a refund or exchange, most products may be returned within 30 days
of original purchase date. Thirty-day money back guarantee does not
apply to special orders.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany any product to
be returned or exchanged.
- Product must be in original box
with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card
in undamaged, clean, and brand- new condition.
- Returns must be shipped with tracking with the carrier. The customer is
responsible for loss until the package is shown by the carrier as received
by Austin Flight Check.
- Products
returned within policy with the UPC Code missing from the box may only
be accepted back as an exchange for the exact same item, less any applicable
rebate amount.
- Product that is returned incomplete, damaged,
or has been used -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This
deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not
reverse the deduction.
- Product returned with serial number
missing or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN.
- If the product returned has any data or information stored on a memory
or storage device, Austin Flight Check shall not be responsible for the
transfer of such data or information to another product given to the
customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information or
to maintain the confidentiality of any data or information still
residing on the returned product.
- Computer software (including flight simulator software), video
games, audio CDs, and DVD videos are returnable
only if
unopened.
- Defective computer software, video games, audio
CDs, DVD videos, and pre-recorded videos will be
exchanged for the exact same item only.
- Unless defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned
opened GPS/Navigation units, radios and other electronic devices.
- If a returned product requires repackaging for saleable condition, a
nominal fee may be charged for that expense.
- Prepaid software or paper product subscriptions are not returnable under
any circumstance. If software services are defective, contact the
subscription provider.
- Refunds will be
issued as follows: (1) Check purchases by check (2) Credit card
purchases by credit issued to the credit card used in the original
purchase transaction (3) Debit card purchases by credit issued to the
debit card used in the original purchase transaction (4) Cash
purchases by check. Refunds by a check will be mailed to the address
provided with the purchase.
- If payment is by check, refund checks are mailed tend days from the date merchandise is received.
